The parqube.com website is published by Keystone Solutions, controller of the data described on this page. For any question about your data: contact@parqube.com.
This site does not track you
parqube.com sets no cookies, uses no audience measurement or tracker, and loads no font, script or content from any other site.
There is no form: you contact us by email, from your own mailbox.
Technical connection data
The site is hosted on Microsoft Azure (resource in West Europe). Its static content is distributed by the Microsoft content delivery network, which may serve it from locations outside the European Union. Like any host, it may process technical connection data (IP address, browser type, requested page) for as long as needed for security and for the service to run properly.
When you write to us
Your email address and the content of your message are only used to answer you and follow up on your request. They are never sold or passed on, and are deleted once they are no longer useful to that exchange.
The demo
The public demo (demo.parqube.com) asks for your company, first name, last name and professional email to open a personalised sandbox. The company and the name are only used to personalise that sandbox and are deleted with it, 24 h after its creation and at the latest within the following hour; they then remain at most 7 days in the technical database backups, with no restoring of a sandbox, and are then erased. Without your consent, the email is only checked, never stored.
The demo only sets one strictly necessary session cookie (__Host-pq_session, 24 h) and keeps a few settings in your browser: no consent is therefore asked, and the Cookies page lists them all. The demo sends no email to visitors: calendar invitations are only prepared and shown there.
Commercial follow-up, only with your consent: if you tick the optional box, unticked by default, we keep your company, first name, last name, email and language, with the date and the version of the consent text, to contact you about Parqube (legal basis: your consent). These data go to our sales team only, through one email sent to our Microsoft 365 mailbox; Microsoft (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited), which already provides our email, acts as processor, and no other service receives them. They are deleted from Parqube 3 years after your consent, and the email from our mailboxes within one month at the latest.
You can withdraw your consent at any time, effective at once and without login, with the unsubscribe link in each of our emails or by writing to the contact address below. Your details are then erased from Parqube, and the email sent to our sales team is deleted from our mailboxes within one month at the latest; we only keep an irreversible fingerprint of your address, so that we do not contact you again. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, or object to its processing, by writing to the contact address below. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
