Frequently asked questions about office parking booking

Answers to the questions we hear most often. Another question? Write to us.

What is Parqube?

Parqube is online software to book and manage a company car park. Employees book a spot for themselves or for a visitor, from a browser or the installable app; managers handle spots and blocks and follow occupancy. It is hosted in the European Union and available in French, English and Dutch.

Does Parqube suit hybrid work?

Yes. When there are fewer spots than employees, everyone books for the days they come in, by the hour or for the day, and up to a week of working days in one reservation. Cancelling frees the spot at once, and the waiting list alerts the first person in line, in the app, as soon as a spot is released.

Can we book a parking spot for a visitor?

Yes. An employee books for a customer, a candidate or a supplier, with their name, the person they are visiting and their plate. The spot shows up as their visitor's; other employees only see that it is taken.

Does Parqube handle accessible and EV charging spots?

Yes. Each spot has a type, standard, compact, accessible or with an EV charger, which the manager sets in the administration and which is shown on the car park view when booking. Reading the consumption of the charging points, to recharge or track costs, is set up on request.

Do I need an account to try it?

No. Give your company, your name and your professional email: the demo opens a prefilled car park set up for your company, with no account or password. It is deleted automatically after 24 h, at the latest within the following hour.

Is the demo representative of the product?

Yes, it is the same app: booking, administration and statistics. Only the data is fictional (colleagues, plates, address), and the demo sends no email. Switch from the employee to the manager profile at the bottom of the menu.

Can employees see who booked?

No. An employee sees that a spot is taken, not by whom. Only the manager profile sees reservation details.

Which devices does Parqube run on?

Any recent browser, on a computer, tablet or phone. Parqube can also be installed as an app on the home screen.

Which languages are available?

French, English and Dutch. Each user picks their own.

Where is the data hosted?

On Microsoft Azure, in the West Europe region (European Union). Each organisation's data is partitioned in the database.

Does Parqube go through our mailbox for invitations?

No. Parqube asks for no access to your mailbox. Each reservation downloads as an .ics file. Calendar invitations by email (confirmation, visitor invitation, cancellation), with texts customisable in the administration in French, English and Dutch, are activated on request: sent by Parqube, from your own domain or through your mailing tool, which keeps your templates. The demo sends no email.

Can we sign in with the company account (Entra ID, SSO)?

Yes, on request: sign-in with the company account (Microsoft Entra ID, SSO) and user synchronisation or import are set up for your environment. This integration cannot be tried in the public demo.

Can we manage several sites or buildings?

Yes. An account holds up to 20 sites, each with its own spots, address and access instructions. Employees pick the site on the dashboard, and "My reservations" shows them all.

Can we export our data?

Yes. The administrator downloads all the car park's data from the administration: a single JSON document, or one Excel-ready CSV file per entity (sites, spots, blocks, reservations, members).

How much does Parqube cost?

€2.50 excl. VAT per spot per month for the first 50 spots, €2.00 beyond, with a minimum of €29 per month. Billing is annual and the first 7 days are free. Above 200 spots, on quote.

The easiest way to judge: try it

A prefilled car park just for you, with no account and no credit card. Fictional data, deleted after 24 h.
